Provider Resources
Monthly Journal Club
The Spine Medicine is pleased to host a monthly journal club where providers and spine specialists review and discuss selected topics and articles from peer-reviewed journals that pertain to spine medicine. The journal club meets in order to resolve spine medicine controversies and discuss evidence-based conclusions. The journal club will improve our medical practices by leading us toward a more evidence-based practice.
Journal club meetings are held the first Monday of every month at 6 p.m. MST. Selected articles and meeting locations are distributed to journal club members approximately one week in advance of the meeting via e-mail.
If you are interested in joining the Spine Medicine Institute journal club, please e-mail Steven Matthew at stevmatt@sarmc.org for additional information. Articles discussed at past meetings are listed below, as well as other key articles that may be of interest to spine care providers.
